Summary/Abstract: The most valuable resource in any organization is human capital. The emphasis on the education and continuous development of man is the solution for the growth of the organization and finally of the society. Education is not only about information of a technical nature that helps to train good professionals, but especially at moral, ethical values that make the individual a true professional. The transmission of these values through the family and the church is essential today. The role of religion should not be neglected at all and despised because it is aimed at changing deficient characters. Thus, missionaries, evangelists and priests or pastors have a mission to contribute to this change. The article exemplifies this aspect through the biography of the first Adventist missionary in Europe.
