Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of the judicial review of administrative decisions exercised bya common court on the example of regulatory cases. These cases are reflected in the Code ofCivil Procedure and are considered in the model of separate proceedings. The article aims toshow that due to the numerous practical problems that are associated with the combination ofadministrative procedure and civil procedure, the intervention of the legislator is necessary. Theamendment of the provisions in the Code of Civil Procedure should go in the direction of a completeabandonment of the possibility of the examination of these cases by a common court andtheir transfer to the competence of administrative courts.
