Summary/Abstract: Regulations on the separate request for patrimonial liability, after the decisions on the fulfilment of conditions for the closure of insolvency proceedings, when the procedure becomes void as its purpose can no longer be achieved through asset valuation, show that the lawmaker intends for the procedure to be closed before the judgment of the request mentioned in art. 169 of Law no. 85/2014.
