Summary/Abstract: The law grants the debtor a chance at recovery, when the plan is confirmed by the syndic judge and voted by the creditors, but also when the syndic judge rules on the viability of the plan after creditors fail to reach a decision in two consecutive gatherings. Thus, the debtor is protected against abuse from creditors.
