Summary/Abstract: This research raises the issue of the learning transfer from Arabic to the French in the argumentative texts comprehension marked with linear integration markers among fourth year middle school learners. Our classroom experimentation has shown that following an Arabic language course focused on this type of text and becoming aware of it, and seems to provide learners in the experimental group with new tools for regulating reading (comprehension), ensuring a certain level of efficiency and transfer that learners in the control group lack.
