Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the mediating role of resilience and hope in the effect of occupational burnout on the life satisfaction of a healthcare workers. To this end, the relational survey model was used. The study group was constructed by means of the convenience sampling method. Within the scope of the research, a total of 381 healthcare workers (x̄=36.76) working at various state and private hospitals in Turkey were reached. The data in the study were obtained by using demographic information form and four scales for self-evaluation. In the analysis of the data, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Mediated Structural Model with Implicit Variables were used to determine the relationship between variables. According to the results of the research, it is seen that the partially mediation role of resilience and hope in the effect of occupational burnout on the life satisfaction of healthcare workers is statistically significant.
