Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with possibilities of some terms translation or the whole images connected with history and culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the novel Uhode by Dervis Susic. The author has been upgraded the recent scientific achievements in the field of translation, applying them to examples connected to the possible translation of the integral text of this novel.
