Summary/Abstract: Socialization is the process by which individuals become social beings. According to research by psychologists, socialization is the process by which children learn what is acceptable and polite behavior and what is not, how to communicate, interact with others, in short, become adults in a society. With the understanding that organizational roles and behaviors create significant opportunities for individuals and organizations, interest in these areas has increased. Researchers examined the impact of initial employment in an organization on subsequent attitudes and behaviors of employees, their integration into the organization, shaping their roles. Thus, socialization, which is an important phenomenon in people's lives, has begun to be discussed within the organization. This is how the concept of organizational socialization emerged. In this study, the meaning of socialization in terms of organizational members, that is, the concept of organizational socialization will be discussed.
