Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research is to determine the views of the cultural transfer that takes place in or around the characters in the selected children's books. The research was designed as a case study. 5 books by 5 different authors were determined as documents to be examined by taking expert opinions. In determining the cultural elements in the specified books, the classification titled "Cultural Elements and Sub-Elements Reflected in The Texts" was used. This classification includes cultural elements under seven main headings and subheadings for each cultural element. Designated cultural elements are; daily life, interpersonal relations, values and education, literature, art and music, traditions and folklore, social life, geography and space. As a result, it has been observed that daily life and food and beverage, meal times-table manners, words and patterns used in conversation are more involved in children's books among cultural elements. In addition, the cultural elements of literature, art and music were found to be a quite small frequency of passage in children's books. Finally, it was found that daily life was more involved in children's books than other elements.
