Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the separate arguments and understandings on the issue raised for consideration in the interpretative case №1/2020 on the inventory of General Assembly of the Civil and Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of Cassation. An attempt is made in the article to give a reasonable answer to the question raised in the interpretative case.
