INVESTIGATIVE ACTIVATES IN EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the question of the investigative activates in exigent circumstances. On the basis of a research about scientific studies, National Courts and ECHR judgments concerning investigative activates in exigent circumstances, are discovered their main characteristics, relating to the conditions and rules of their applying. On this ground, conclusions were drawn about problems arising in the daily basis. All this served as a reason for the presentation of recommendations for assessment of cases of urgency, in order to ensure rules of law and protection of the human rights of participants in Criminal procedure.
