Summary/Abstract: For some time the Internet has become a universal communication channel. The digital world has changed both man and society. Digitalization has rapidly accelerated the process of transformation of a man, community and culture. The Internet causes greater changes in culture than messages that are passed on by it, because this medium changes the way people experience and interpret the world. Therefore, the use of the Internet must be determined by the well-being of the person. This means practicing the virtue of prudence and moderation. In the light of the indicated existing threats, the use of new media requires particular responsibility of individuals and society so that they serve the integral development of a human being.
