Summary/Abstract: The text discusses the changes in understanding of human learning and the emotions. The presentation of these phenomena is broken through the perspective of the individuals themselves, their abilities and aspirations for lifelong learning, according to the studied subject and the specifics of the educational context. Some of the results obtained in two psychological studies have been presented, which testify to lasting changes in the attitude towards learning, which is transformed individually into self-regulated and life-long.
