Summary/Abstract: Accelerated pace of life and work, to keep pace with time and modern virtual technology, imposes a new pace, new rules, seeks new knowledge and competencies, which to develop and adopt, requires a responsible attitude of each individual to work and learning more from an early age. From an early age, children are exposed to the pressures of modern life, worrying about how they will cope with new challenges. In the world of rapid and sudden changes, it is difficult to step boldly and boldly towards the new, because what is just being understood and known is being abandoned, and new models and challenges of modern technology are being offered. Already in preschool, one should strive to develop competencies in children in order to successfully cope with the challenges in the society of the future. That is why the school must prepare children and young people for the new times, train them for learning to learn, for self-education, or for permanent education. The modern school is looking for new learning systems and methods of working with children in order to prepare and prepare them for life and work in the 21st century with a minimum of time and effort. Thus, research is being conducted in the world, the environment, and even in our country on the role of chess and chess in the education of children and youth and the possibility of introduction into school systems at all levels of education. The main goal of the paper is to analyze and present the views of prominent scientists and pedagogues who have dealt with the role of chess in the education and development of personality in our region and in the region. This work and pointing out the importance of chess and chess in the education of all age groups of students, seeks to interpret and present its strength and importance in maintaining mental health, overcoming everyday difficulties, solving problems faced by children, youth and adults, and in encouraging a cheerful mood and positive emotions in work and learning. The purpose is to search for ways to raise a cheerful and happier individual and, accordingly, a happier human community and humanity.
