Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper was to present two-syllable feminine nouns of the e-declension from the research corpus (79 nouns) by accent types – comparatively according to the description in Bosnian dictionaries and according to research results in standard language practice, and then to determine whether there are accent types of individual nouns that are not recorded in dictionaries and vice versa – accent types of nouns from dictionaries that are not recorded in standard language practice. According to the results of the research, the accentual typological affiliation of 41 nouns matches according to the description in standard language practice and the description in dictionaries, while differences were recorded in 38 nouns. An orthoepic handbook should be planned, among the Bosnian standard language handbooks, which, in addition to describing the Bosnian language accent system and accent typology, should also contain the Bosnian lexical corpus according to the accent typological affiliation. For this purpose, in addition to the current accentual description in the handbooks – which would serve as a basis, the situation in modern standard language practice should be researched, described and taken into account.
