Summary/Abstract: The article aims to consider the procedure for conducting a competition for the selection of the management bodies of medical institutions according to the Law on Public Enterprises and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Enterprises and the possibility of judicial control over the acts of the Nomination Commission on the occasion of the election of a member in the Board of Directors of the medical facility.
