CURRENT CHALLENGES FOR WOMEN'S EMPLOYMENT ON THE LABOR MARKET

Summary/Abstract: In recent years, there have been significant changes in economic and social life in all countries. The reasons for this are of a different nature. On the one hand, the long-lasting pandemic caused by Covid-19, on the other hand the technological development leading to a change in professions and work competencies, economic and political changes. The main goal of the study is to outline some challenges to women's employment and employment in the labor market, in the context of changing economic and social conditions.
