Mediation in economic matters as a tool supporting business activities

Summary/Abstract: Disputes between entrepreneurs occur very often. One of the ways of solving them is mediation, based on the principles of voluntary, confidential, good faith, neutrality and impartiality. Amicable settlement of conflicts has many advantages for all parties to the dispute. They can save time and money, and control the mediation itself. Moreover, it is discreet. The aim of the article is to show the benefits of economic mediation for entrepreneurs, its course and the role of a mediator.
