Summary/Abstract: In this paper we aim to consider the migrant institutions through the prism of cultural heritage and particularly some its elements (language, folk music and dances, literature and history). After a thorough bibliographical overview, the calendar, spaces and activities of two Bulgarian schools and a Bulgarian community center are examined. Analysis is based on concepts like consolidation, publicity, leadership, social capital, etc.
