Summary/Abstract: The “Avnoj borders” by the end of the World War II were not done precisely, as early as 1946 discussions on borders were held. The Federal Government justified the need of the boarder determination in order “to eliminate some misunderstandings or possible conflicts” among the members of the Federation. The discussions were based on the article 12 of the Constitution of Federative People’s Republic Yugoslavia, 1946, in favour of solution of the border question.
