Summary/Abstract: The text examines the self-presentation of museums to each other by tracking digital posts on Facebook profiles focused on cultural heritage. However, the main goal of a large part of those working in the field of culture and museums was to remain visible. This happens with the help of social networks, where museums are presented weakly, monotonously and boringly. It is possible that these "museum" media are not recognized as common to all institutions, and the limited access of some of them hinders their promotion. Because of this, the significant events that museums have created remain unknown to general audiences.
