Summary/Abstract: The presented empirical study deals with the issues of metamorphoses of Slovak youth religiosity – specifically in three basic dimensions of religiosity, namely general, doctrinal, and practical – concretely during the years 2006–2016. The article is based on socio-religious reflection that relates to the main paradigms or scenarios of religious changes of young people in the contemporary world. The empirical parts of the article refer mainly to data from last four censuses in Slovakia and two sociological surveys of youth religiosity from the diocese of Spiš in northern Slovakia (Spiš, Liptov and Orava regions). The obtained data does not only support the scenario of advancing secularization and intensifying the phenomenon of “belonging without believing” among a large part of the young generation of Slovaks, but partially also the scenario of stabilization or even revitalization of religiosity among a certain part of Slovak youth.
