Summary/Abstract: In Mostar in 1892 there had been an iniative for a publication of an illustrated Serbian journal for children which was supposed to come out from the beginning of 1893 under the title »Hercegovce« (Little Herzegovinian). The author of the article followed the history of this interesting initiative in the preserved archive documents and some facts from the that time press.
