Summary/Abstract: The present paper aims to discuss the use of Ted talks and Ted-Ed lessons in the online English classroom with their advantages as well as possible difficulties. Theoretical considerations are combined with practical solutions to implement TED content in the EFL classroom. In addition, the conducted survey shows the attitude of English Philology students towards the use of TED in their Practical English classes and gives some practical ideas on how to efficiently use TED talks and lessons in the Practical English classroom.
