Summary/Abstract: This article is devoted to the issue of the legal consequences of the Actio Pauliana institution, in particular with regard to the creditor’s protection regime in the event of the debtor’s insolvency. The Article will raise the issue of the basis for the creation of solidarity among debtors, rules of their liability, the legal foundation of the liability and claims against joint and several debtors in case of insolvency of one of them. The aim of this article is also to discuss the effects of Actio Pauliana in accordance with the procedure of obtaining the creditor’s compensation and also recourse claims between joint debtors of the jural relation.
