Summary/Abstract: Along with the development of digitalization, it is important to develop the possibility for physical development of the localization of retail retailers. Despite the crisis caused by Covid-19, it should not be forgotten that there are still other types of retail formats, not just online. The managerial experience in this field is of key importance for determining and using the peculiarities of the specifics in the localization of the retailers in order to achieve longterm success of the companies.
