Summary/Abstract: An important component of the professional potential for the conductor as a manager is the ability to restore management functions. Since conducting is a constant and inseparable process of interaction of a leader with a musical group, in order to know the psychological and technological bases of their own actions, the conductor requires knowledge of the organizational and management of the musical performance process, internal mechanisms and patterns of its formation.
