Summary/Abstract: Art was in a continuous change in the last decade, human intervention being less and less relevant in artwork creation. Through significant technological progress, artificial intelligence reached the point of being an indispensable tool in the process of electronic creation. However, this advance disturbed the border between public domain and the copyright of a alleged author, artificial intelligence being capable of creating from the position of a so-called author, and not only as an instrument.
