Summary/Abstract: The effect on the human body as a result of aerobics has been proven. Today, the discipline of Aerobics is included in the curricula of specialties in higher education. As a follower of the traditions at the University of Shumen "Bishop Konstantin Preslavski", aerobics will long dominate among the variety of interesting and modern means of modern physical education and sports.
