Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the date when the employer learnt of the grounds for termination of employment according to the Labor Code. The author examines the impact of judicial decisions - who, when and how must learn of the reasons for the employee‘s misconduct that give rise to the possibility of valid termination under Labour Code 262/2006 Coll. section 34, 57 and 58.
