Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the book by Andrzej Leszek Zachariasz entitled Teoria poznania jako relatystyczna koncepcja prawdy teoretycznej (The Theory of Cognition as a Relatistic Concept of the Theoretical Truth), which was issued in 2011. The author of the article presents most important accepted methods of the research, theses and arguments contained in the book. He pays the most attention on the thesis about capability of theory of cognition, the definition of the theory of cognition, the theoretical cognition, the concept of „reasoning constitutive insight understanding”, the concept „theoretical pure reason” and the concept of truth. He underlines the importance of problems contained in the book, the originality proposed solutions, analyses and interpretations of philosophical systems and philosophical positions.
