Summary/Abstract: The modifications introduced in 2019–2020 with respect to the rules concerning generalmeetings in capital companies, in spite of their generally positive assessment, generatea number of new legal problems. One of them concerns the question of holding “fully remote”general meetings (i.e. the ones in which each participant takes part using electronic meansof communication). The subject of this article is an analysis of admissibility of holding suchgeneral meetings, as well as an attempt to answer the key practical problems related to thediscussed issue.
