From the Geopolitics to the Geoglobalistics: Problem of Synthesis of the Interests and Values

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is an analysis of the dialectics of interests and values in the international politics so-called global actors. Purpose of the article corresponds to the main tasks of identification and self-identification of the actors of political activity. The transitive character of the world in the conditions of globalization demands the balanced recognition both a force of authority, and authority of a force. As a result more and more perspective is becoming a synthesis of two systems – interests and values – in new geoglobalistic thinking and practice.
