International Legal Regime of the Protected Natural Territoties under International Multilateral Treaties with Participation of the Republic of Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: This scientific study is dedicated to the international law regime of the protected natural territories under international multilateral treaties and the immediate significance for their protection in which the Republic of Bulgaria participates. The attention is paid to the legal measures for the protection of these territories, regulated in such international agreements. Finally, some general conclusions and recommendations are given from the examined international law regulation.
