Summary/Abstract: This scientific study is dedicated to the principles of some international multilateral treaties in the field of protection of the ambient air from pollution with participation of the Republic of Bulgaria. The attention is paid to explicitly formulated principles of these international treaties. It has been made also suggestions de lege ferenda for their improvement.
