Summary/Abstract: Here we present the results of the career counseling and guidance activities that I have implemented as a career expert in the first year of a ROSE project at the Energy Engineering and Industrial Management Faculty from the University of Oradea. We will discuss the effectiveness of the career guidance activities on career decision-making self-efficacy and the gender differences on the same variable of interest.
