The use of forgery

Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we have examined the constitutive content of the crime of forgery, with reference to recent judicial doctrine and practice. Given the fact that the current incrimination was taken from the previous law, with the same legal content, I also referred to the doctrine of the second half of the last century, because it is still relevant today. The paper is part of a university course to be published by a recognized law firm. The study can be useful to the students of the profile faculties in the country, as well as to the legal practitioners.
