Summary/Abstract: Although the Labor Code does not contain provisions on the withdrawal of the resignation, however, the employee may revert to the decision he has made, but this is possible under a certain condition, namely that the employer agrees. Also, if the employee continues to work after the expiry of the notice period, it is necessary to conclude a new individual employment contract in written form, fulfilling all the conditions of validity required by the law.
