Summary/Abstract: Seising the Bulgarian Constitutional Court in connection with EU Law is only possible in limited situations – especially for evaluation of the constitutionality of internal rule in the scope of the EU Law or for interpretation. A Bulgarian jurisdiction may seise the Constitutional Court only via the Supreme Court. The Constitutional Court could pronounce a consistent interpretation of the Constitution or a conflict with a rule expressing the national constitutional identity or else.
