Summary/Abstract: «TransEuroCom» LLC is a telecommunications company and a communications operator. «TransEuroCom» LLC is one of the largest telecommunications companies in Azerbaijan and occupies a leading position among competitors. The company was established in June 2004. One of the main objectives of «TransEuroCom» LLC is to maximize profits, meet consumer demand, and provide high-quality telecommunications services to its subscribers. The company provides a wide range of telecommunications services to private and state-owned enterprises operating in the country, as well as foreign enterprises and organizations. To increase the efficiency of the «TransEuroCom» LLC enterprise, a set of specific measures has been proposed.
