Summary/Abstract: The article covers the problem of youth unemployment in Poland from an economic, psychologic and sociological perspective. The author is looking for a solution to this problem in various theories, areas of cooperarion and institutions. He also analyses the experience gained by other countries, inter alia, insitutional solutions adopted by the Germans.
