Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research presented in the article was to diagnose the key problems expirienced by Krakow’s cultural institutions in 2020 and 2021. In June 2021 the author conducted three structured in-depth interviews with representatives of Krakow’s cultural institutions. The research questions were derived from the review of the existing literature on the subject (methodological details in the article). The research was of a pilot nature.
