Summary/Abstract: The Holy Synod of the Romanian Orthodox Church, decided that the year 2021 be declared in the Romanian Patriarchate as the homage Year of the Romanian pastoral care outside Romania and the Commemorative Year of those asleep in the Lord; the liturgical and cultural value of the cemeteries, insisting that throughout this year to be remembered important personalities of the parishes that have contributed to the smooth running of the social and religious life of the time.
