Summary/Abstract: By means of the incriminations provided by article 47 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Law no. 217/2003, the actions that violate the protection measures of the protective order or of the interim protective order are sanctioned. Knowledge of the content of the two offenses is necessary in order to determine whether a specific act meets the constituent elements of any of the offenses provided by Law no. 217/2003 because, despite the seemingly unequivocal nature of the regulation, there still are unclear issues, all the more so as they have not been deepened in doctrine.
