Summary/Abstract: Given the indivisible character of the seat, a seat heir has the right, in principle, to conclude administrative acts regarding the entire succession patrimony, although, the inheritance rights are not concretized yet. It is this (quasi-absolute) power that contradicts the rules of co-ownership.
