Summary/Abstract: Human rights are the direct and concrete expression of evangelical principles in the social field, and their origin belongs to the Christian environment, the only one that is truly tolerant. The true valorization of man has always been done only in the Christian space in which the principles of the Gospel of Christ constituted the fundamental law of social life. Essentially atheist dictatorial regimes devalue man and his rights because they deny God. The origin of fundamental human rights comes from the fact that man is the most important creature of God and the only one for whom He came into the world, incarnated.
