Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this work is to systematize the opinions of experts on the key problems of demographic development in Russia. The study in 10 subjects of the Russian Federation was conducted in 2021. The materials of the scientific article present the results of a survey of experts from the legislative and executive branches of the government.
