Summary/Abstract: An important document for understanding the evolution of Unity War is given by the records of the future General and writer Nicolae M. Condiescu (1880-1939). He is introducing us in the atmosphere of the Great General Quartier where important decisions were taken by persons who were not the leaders but had important political connections.
