Summary/Abstract: This paper gives a portrayal of the life and political action of Mijo Ipša, prominent CPP champion in the Daruvar area. The basis of this paper is the record of the hearing of Mijo Ipša held by the DNS (hrv. OZNA) in the time between 1945 and 1946 while preparing a grand judicial procedure against the CPP leaders, Mijo Ipša included. The record got preserved in the Croatian State Archives, in the personal collection of the historian Bogdan Krizman. The source material is held in the Military Archives of Serbia.
