Summary/Abstract: Corruption in scientific and professional public has become "eternal theme", which is much-written and researched. In the last decade only in Bosnia and Herzegovina was made a number of analyzes, studies, researches, and "measurement." It is right to say that there is a lot of stories about corruption, but it is little known and little has been done on this issue. Corruption needs "two subjects": the one that offers the funds, gift or favor and one who receives them, from which it is evident mutual interest. Because of the specific relationship between its perpetrators, corruption is difficult to detect and prove. The authors emphasize the problem of detecting and proving of corruption, which is generally present in both situational corruption and the structural corruption, or corruption of higher level.
